Dennis's engineering talent defies human boundaries.  World travels for an Olean, NY based company. Dresser Rand (Ingersol Rand), he created and negotiated refinery equipment internationally, establishing precise drawings, and forging lifetime friendships.  Returning to western NY, cutting albums in NYC as a formidable drummer, Dennis created power plants, established water management systems and provided structural, civil and soil specifications for buildings, and developments alike. Eagle 1 Photography, provides quick results for drone flyovers, Matterport Recordings, Video, and still photography.  Pete has put together TV marketing segments, coordinated model shoots for clients nationally, coordinating high end yachts, exotic sports cars as props, and establishing needed commercial images for a multitude of clients.  Coordinating video content for discerning clients such as the Buffalo Bills, Lamborghini, Great Lakes Cheese, Pete has the skill, equipment and contacts to pull it all together within budget and on time. He is part of our primary team, staying with each of his assignments on every project happily through completion with coordinated documentation.

An assistant professor in the Interior Design and pre-architecture program within the Dep of Art & Design at the University of New Haven, CT.  John still passionately pursues massive sculptural art, creative F F & E uniquely artistic graphics applications for fabrics, wallcoverings and accessories, selling his ideas and creating new solutions with remarkable success.   His keen sense of space and vision propels him to the top of the list, with a substantial client list in the CT market of residential, restaurant, and commercial design projects.  His services are available per projects when he can fit you into his busy schedule.

Patti Regan Pickup grew up in western NY with an endless circle of friends throughout the US.  She transitioned from social work, establishing Endowment Donations for Houghton College, meeting with nationally affiliated alumni and other area entrepreneurs.  Her keen sense of property development and ability to manage funds is significant.  Her interest in helping communities maintain safety and significance while successfully negotiating hefty transactions.    Patti is quick to recommend properties that are available, and to connect with local officials to assist in the smooth transition of negotiations.
